podgotvime is an information platform providing publicly available data on NVO and DZI exam results, school profiles in Bulgaria, an interactive map of educational institutions and current news in the field of education.
All educational data is obtained from publicly available official sources — the Ministry of Education and Science and related institutions. The Platform is free to access and does not require registration.
3. Acceptable Use
When using the Platform you agree not to:
- Systematically extract content using automated tools (scraping) without prior written consent.
- Use the data for commercial purposes without explicit permission.
- Publish or distribute misleading information derived from the Platform.
- Take any action that would disrupt the normal operation of the site.
4. Data Accuracy
We make reasonable efforts to keep the published information current and accurate. The data reflects officially published results and profiles, but we do not guarantee their completeness or accuracy.
The Platform is not liable for decisions made on the basis of data provided on the site. We recommend verifying critical information directly from official institutional sources.
5. Intellectual Property
The design, logo, structure and original content of the Platform (other than public educational data) are the property of the podgotvime team and are protected by applicable intellectual property law.
Public educational data (NVO, DZI results, school profiles) originates from official government sources and is not subject to the Platform's copyright.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Platform is not liable for:
- Direct or indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use the site.
- Inaccuracies or omissions in published data.
- Temporary unavailability of the site due to technical reasons.
- Content of third-party websites to which the site links.
